Hehe. I never post my blog yesterday because han gong come to my house so cannot post it in front of him. Yesterday was really fun.cuz. I went to the track with frenzz so i enjoyed it lor.

We started the run by doing warm up. We jog around the track for only one round(400m) then we don't jog liao. cuz. they was like want to die , wan to die like that in their expressions in thier face-maybe is like that. dunno=====. After that, we do 6x80m expect CL,CY and Tiff. THEN..THEN...THEN... we was on the track getting ready to run lor as simple as that.

After the run, we went to Mac for our hashbrownzzzz. Da-niu thanks for your treat! WE went to the playground and play. Something unexpected had happened that shannon fell down. hiazzz. The injure was like....... drop the matter. then we go home.
